God's Healing Power - Tumour Gone! 1 December 2021

A Testimony

about the healing, favour, provision and blessing of God over our lives.

I am convinced that I must use what happened as a testimony to help encourage others going through hard times.

Please feel free to share this article with anyone who you believe needs this information.

Yesterday, Wednesday 1 December 2021, God showered His love, blessing and favour on us once again.

We were so stunned yesterday that we could not share with anyone, and today Allan and I are still in a state of absolute humbleness, awe and wonder.

(Praise God, Praise God! From Whom all blessings flow!)

 SUMMARY:

Yesterday, as a completely unexpected surprise, a Doctor confirmed with a medical scan that the monstrous, aggressive cancerous tumour no longer exists in Allan's bladder, and Allan's bladder is perfect.

THE TUMOUR WAS ORIGINALLY PRONOUNCED INOPERABLE AND BEYOND STAGE 4 CANCER.

The oncologists had originally said that there is no cure and Allan would be made comfortable for the rest of his life with palliative care.

The main culprit causing Allan's symptoms was a huge tumour breaking through the walls of his bladder.

BUT GOD!!

God healed Allan and now he is tumour free.

(Praise God, Praise God! From Whom all blessings flow!)

FULLER DESCRIPTION OF EVENTS:

QUICK BACKGROUND:

For those who have been following Allan's story, Allan had finished 6 months of chemotherapy two months ago, and we were waiting for the results of his CT Scan done two weeks ago. The CT Scan was done to determine the effectiveness of the treatment, and what further treatment he would need. Results would be available on Monday, 29 November 2021.

MONDAY 29 NOVEMBER 2021

CT SCAN RESULTS NOT AVAILABLE

We duly drove to the hospital (2 1/2 hours) to receive the results. After a further 3 hours of waiting, we were told that the results were not available yet. The problem, they explained, was that load shedding (power outages country wide) had messed up their procedures and they were a week behind.

They told us to come back the following week.

However, after we explained how far away we lived, they said we could phone for results the following week. That would be Monday, 6 December 2021.

Although we were disappointed and frustrated, we duly exercised the fruits of patience and self-control (from the Holy Spirit) and continued with our plans for the rest of the day.

GOD REASSURING US

On the trip back to our home town, a phrase of a song kept going through my mind and I was filled with joy and kept singing the same phrase over and over again.

I sang with elation and victory - even though I had no idea why I had to sing it.

The phrase was "Praise God! Praise God, from Whom all blessings flow!"

I later learned that the song was called "From Whom All Blessings Flow" by Doxology.

I also discovered TODAY that the song is based on this scripture below (given to me during the previous week):

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.(James 1:17, NKJV)

Tuesday, 30 November 2021 - I woke up and continued to sing that phrase intermittently throughout the day.

Wednesday 1 December 2021 - I woke up and once again continued to sing that phrase intermittently throughout the day.

BLESSINGS BEYOND IMAGINING

This day, it was my turn to see a Urologist. My GP had referred me to see a urologist because he was concerned about a recurring bacterial infection and wanted an ultrasound done to check if anything was amiss with my kidneys, bladder, etc.

I booked with Allan's Urologist, of course.

My appointment was at noon, and we had saved up the money for the consultation fee.

We duly arrived at the Urologists rooms; he was really pleased to see Allan doing so well and showing such glowing health.

He asked about Allan's treatment progress; we caught him up to date with everything that had happened to date. We also informed him that we still did not have Allan's CT Scan results.

The Urologist immediately insisted on doing an ultrasound scan on Allan. I was standing right next to him, observing as he did it.

ALLAN'S BLADDER IS TOTALLY NORMAL, NO TUMOUR, NO SCARS, NOTHING AT ALL!

THERE IS NO SIGN OF THAT MONSTROUS, AGGRESSIVE, INOPERABLE TUMOUR!

(Praise God, Praise God! From Whom all blessings flow!)

The Doctor was beaming from ear to ear, shaking his head and saying how he couldn't believe it! He was so happy for us.

He said Allan's bladder was perfect. (We believe and receive that in Jesus name).

(Praise God, Praise God! From Whom all blessings flow!)

Allan and I were so astounded we couldn't even speak for a while. In fact, it took about 30 minutes before we could even begin to absorb what we had seen.

The ultrasound was unexpected and unplanned by us. It was planned by God!

Meanwhile, it was my turn. Ultrasound was done and the Doctor declared that my kidneys, bladder were perfect, as they should be, and the various other organs looked good too! (We believe and receive that in Jesus name too!)

He said I would just need preventative measures and treatment until the bacterial infection was eradicated.

This is how our Heavenly Father provided for us financially:

The consultation fee was R900. That is the amount we had saved up.

However, when we got to the reception to pay, we were told the fee would be only R500 in total!

Our jaws dropped once again, and we recognised God's hand in this too!

(Praise God, Praise God! From Whom all blessings flow!)

If you think about it, we had two consultations. This means that Allan and I would normally have had to pay R1,800 for two consultations.

We had only saved R900 for one consultation.

Yet Father God, in His infinite mercy, had granted us favour and arranged for us to pay much, much less.

“Therefore do not be like them. For your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him. (Matthew 6:8 NKJV)

(Praise God, Praise God! From Whom all blessings flow!)

GOD LETS US KNOW IN ADVANCE THROUGH HIS WORD

I have realised that God begins preparing us spiritually for what is to come. I also realise that we often don't see or hear the preparation, and He has to repeat Himself many times.

Every day for the last week, God had been preparing us for Allan's astounding and miraculous Ultrasound results.

Here are the scriptures God sent us during the preceding week, in descending order:

Monday, 29 November 2021

He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, (Colossians 1:13 NKJV)

Sunday, 28 November 2021

The people who walked in darkness Have seen a great light; Those who dwelt in the land of the shadow of death, Upon them a light has shined. (Isaiah 9:2, NKJV)

Saturday, 27 November 2021

24 The LORD bless you, and keep you;

25 The LORD make His face shine on you, And be gracious to you;

26 The LORD lift up His countenance on you, And give you peace.’

(Numbers 6:24-26 NKJV)

Friday, 26 November 2021

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning. (James 1:17 NKJV)

Thursday, 25 November 2021

Oh, give thanks to the LORD, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever. (1 Chronicles 16:34)

I encourage you to look back at the daily scriptures that you have received recently and pray for enlightenment about how they apply to your life.

And finally, I want to give thanks and praise to God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit by sharing this song with you:

Favor of God - 21 November 2021

A Testimony
about the Favor, Provision and Protection of God over our lives.

Do you need encouragement?

The purpose of this testimony is to encourage others who may feel that everything is going wrong and that you have nowhere to turn - to trust that our Father God is there for you.

All you have to do (as a born again believer) is pray for what you want help with and then trust in Him to undertake, no matter how bleak the circumstances seem at the time.

Before I begin the testimony, I will share a scripture that I believed covered us yesterday.

For You, O Lord, will bless the righteous.
With favor You will surround him as with a shield.
Psalm 5:12 NKJV

I’m a pretty literal and straightforward person.

I personalise all scriptures that the Lord gives me and apply them to my current circumstances. This is how I take the above scripture:

1. He blesses me, the righteous.

I am righteous since I am a born again believer established by Grace when I gave my heart to the Lord Jesus Christ.

This means that I was made righteous in God’s eyes.

And this righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no distinction Romans 3:22 BSB

Shield of Favor
2. With favor the Lord surrounds me, as with a shield.

This means that as God's child, I am literally protected and surrounded by God’s divine favor.

When I envisage the shield, I don't think of something that only covers a small part of your body. I think of something like a force field that encompasses my entire being.

Testimony about 12 November 2021

Everyone has things that go wrong in their life.

Some small things, some big things, but they all add up and sometimes we get to the point where we feel frustrated and helpless to resolve them.

I believe its at that point that people either give up or turn to God for help.

Bear in mind that Allan (my husband) had recently finished 6 months of Chemotherapy treatment -  and was now scheduled to have the first follow up CT scan.

The scan was to be done  at Albert Luthuli Hospital in Durban on Friday, 12 November 2021.

Durban is two hours away from our residence in Margate, KZN, South Coast.

Allan is currently the only driver in our family, and it’s imperative that both our car and Allan are fit enough to drive on the scheduled date.

Here is a list of the bullets of favor God fired into our lives:

These things happened both during the previous week leading up to the 12 November, and on the 12 November 2021.

Bullet No 1 - Healing

Allan's back went out on the preceding Tuesday.

Allan has a long standing back condition; most of the time he is fine as long as he is careful not to pick up heavy objects or to bend incorrectly.

However, when his back goes out - provided we spring into action immediately - Allan is bedridden anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks.

If we are unable to action his treatment immediately (i.e. we are not at home when it flares up) then he can be bedridden and in extreme pain between 2 to 3 months.

Picture this: Tuesday his back went out. Friday 12 November he had to drive 2 hours to Durban, sit for long hours at the hospital, and then drive 2 hours back to Margate.

Not to mention our weekly errands both for our normal living requirements and preparation of the trip. You can imagine our horror.

However, we prayed. We commanded the pain to leave and his body to heal, in Jesus name. We then applied wisdom and used the knowledge we had about how he must be treated.

By Thursday his back had improved enough that he could drive me around to run our weekly errands.

He wasn't out of the woods yet and had to be very careful, but we did what we had to do.

By Friday, his pain had improved to the point that he could drive to Durban for his appointment at the hospital.

When we returned home after the hospital visit, we immediately continued with the protocol that we know, to help his back rest and heal.

Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give. Matthew 10:8 NKJV

PRAISE GOD!

Bullet No 2 - Healing

I have been fighting a recurring kidney infection for the last 6 months.

I am currently working with a Doctor to find out why it keeps returning.

The point is, when it hits, I am in extreme pain, weak and exhausted. It had flared up the previous week, also putting pressure on us for the upcoming long trip.

This was very serious because I am the only person in my family who can do any physical work or tasks.

Mom and Allan rely on me to go shopping, do most household cleaning chores, heavy lifting such as when we fill up the bottles with clean water for drinking, walking up and down 6 flights of stairs for various tasks when we have no power, packing and unpacking the car for various trips and so much more.

I'm an essential worker!

However, we prayed. We commanded the pain and infection to leave me and commanded my body to heal, in Jesus name. We then applied wisdom and used the knowledge we had about diet and treatment.

By Thursday, the pain had disappeared from my body and my energy began to return. I was able to run all errands and prepare for the trip.  On Friday I was fully healed.

Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give. Matthew 10:8 NKJV

PRAISE GOD!

Bullet No 3 - Protection and Provision

On Thursday we began experiencing serious problems with our vehicle.

This is not a new issue, but we thought we had it under control.

On Thursday the power steering became exponentially harder for Allan to maneuver.

It was very difficult for him to turn the steering wheel even when the car was in motion, and the car made loud scraping metallic noises.

We had paid out a lot of money to have this fixed a few weeks back, although the mechanic did warn us it was temporary.

We even had the garage attendant check the power steering oil, but he said it was full. Which was puzzling.

So we prayed that the car would get us to Durban and back safely.

During the journey, I was communicating with my sister in Durban via WhatsApp, sharing with her what had happened to us.

My father-in-law, (who lives with my sister) is a transmission engineer; he decided to take our vehicle to his workshop and have a look at it, while we were going through the process in the hospital.

My sister drove to the hospital, and despite Covid restrictions they allowed her in to fetch the car keys from us.

Once we were finished with the hospital, my sister picked us up and took us to her home for lunch!

When we arrived at her home, we met our father-in-law who explained that if we had driven the car home in the condition it was ...  half way home somewhere on the road ... the power steering would have seized, the wheel would have locked and we could have had a fatal accident.

Out of the goodness of his heart and love and concern for us, he insisted on keeping the vehicle and fixing it up at his own cost!

We were flabbergasted, touched and deeply grateful as we know that he is currently not in a good financial position - and neither is he in good health ... but he was determined.

My sister and her husband drove us back to Margate, helped us offload all our travel bags and settled us at home, then drove all the way back to Durban.

They did not realize it, but my family was operating under this part of God's Word:

So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who are of the household of faith. Galatians 6:10 ESV

My sister, her husband and our father-in-law were the instruments to bring God's favor into our lives in this situation.

PRAISE GOD!

Bullet No 4 - Provision and Restoring what was Lost

Lost or Stolen 1/3 of our weekly groceries.

Yes, on Thursday when Allan was gingerly driving me around, I went shopping and in my hurry to get home left a packet of food in the shopping trolley, in the parking area outside the shopping center.

I discovered the grocery bag was missing when I got home. I did call the shop but they have not found it yet.

I knew we did not have the budget to replace them. Even if we had, Allan needed to rest so that his back would be okay for the next day's drive to Durban.

So I prayed and asked the Lord to return what was lost or stolen. Then I deliberately put it out of my mind as I had to prepare for the long trip the next day.

Do not be anxious or worried about anything, but in everything [every circumstance and situation] by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, continue to make your [specific] requests known to God. Phillipians 4:6 AMP

The next morning on the way to Durban my sister discussed it with her husband and our father-in-law, and they decided to replace what we had lost!

Not only that, they added more groceries in the bag!

When they brought us home on Friday they also brought the grocery bag with them.

PRAISE GOD!

There are so many little and large miracles that God has performed for us every day, not only on the 12 November 2021.

There are things that I could not have engineered, done or even imagine that God does for us.

I want to give thanks, praise and honor to Him by sharing this song with you:

I hope you enjoyed this testimony. Please feel free to share it with anyone.
